Now that the Christmas countdown has officially begun, it's time to get snuggly and get cooking up batches of delicious Mulled Wine...
We've experimented a few different variations and this one is certainly our favourite, but feel free to mix it up and let us know how you get on. (We're also serving it at an event this weekend, so it must be tasty!)
750ml Red Wine
150g Caster Sugar
1/2 cup Orange Juice
Peel of one Lemon
Peel of one Orange
1 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp fresh Nutmeg
Pinch of Ginger
Serve with a few slices of fresh orange - Perfect for watching tonights Super Moon!
