Our Services
Melt Bars are Mobile Event Bars and Cocktail specialists.
Based in Wiltshire on the borders of the Cotswolds, we supply our services both locally and across the UK.
All of the Melt Mobile Bars are available to hire through a variety of different packages.
Whether you are looking for an 'All Inclusive' Bar Package, a Cocktail offering or simply looking to 'Dry Hire' our equipment, we will work with you to create your perfect bar package, whatever the occasion!

![All Inclusive Bar Packages]()
All Inclusive Bar Packages
For our Open Bar services (this is where you pay for your guests)
We calculate a minimum spend depending on your exact number of guests and expected bar opening times.
All drink costs will be calculated on our POS system and charged for post-event, we just ask that the invoice is paid within 7 days of the event date ending.
For our Cash Bar services (where your guests pay for themselves) the minimum spend would remain the same.
Alternatively you can have a mix of both Open & Cash Bar by putting a certain amount behind the bar before it switches to a Cash Bar (for example).

Dry Hire
This is where you simply Dry Hire all of the Bar equipment necessary for your event and then stock it and staff it yourself.
We can also provide Licensed Bar Managers, General Bar Staff and Cocktail Mixologists on a Dry Hire basis.

Our team of Professional Mixologists will work with you to create a bespoke menu of top-quality Cocktails and Mocktails.
We only ever use Premium Spirits, Mixers, Ingredients, Ice, Garnishes and Glassware.
This is an all inclusive package where we bring everything to you, including all Bars, Staffing and Equipment.

All of our Cocktail Masterclasses include…

Herb + Botanical - Alcohol Free Bars
We believe that our drinks can be just as creative, delicious and exciting with or without the booze, and that's why we have come up with the concept of Herb + Botanical - Alcohol Free Cocktail Bars.
About Us
All of the Melt Bars have been handmade by us in our workshop based in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Each of our bars has been designed to be long lasting and multi-functional.
Our Mobile Bars have been lovingly crafted using top quality, sustainable materials and have been built in such a way that they are suitable for every type of event.
Our bars can serve anything from 50 people to 5,000 people.
Our rectangular event Bars come in 1.8 metre sections that easily slot together.
We have a variety of impressive bar units and frontages as well as a stand-out 4m Circular Bar.
Looking for something unique? We can also build bespoke bar units as well as bespoke frontages for each of our bars meaning that we can ensure your bar fits in with the theme and style of your event.
